As the People and Talent Operations Manager, you will drive the full people function, enhancing current policies and systems to support growth. With 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or business operations, you'll effectively manage payroll for multi-jurisdiction teams and streamline recruitment processes. This dynamic environment values proactivity and attention to detail as you shape employee experiences and compliance.
