Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (6+ years) to manage Salesforce license lifecycle and deliver enterprise analytics using Power BI. Join a high-visibility team supporting the Enterprise Client Relationship Management Centre of Excellence within a large financial institution. The role focuses on end-to-end Salesforce license lifecycle management, enterprise data analysis, and Power BI dashboard development. This opportunity provides direct exposure to senior leadership across multiple business lines and ownership of a clearly defined function with robust onboarding documentation. Job Details Contract, Toronto, Hybrid – Every Wednesday – every fourth Friday 81 Bay Street 6 months Must‑Haves 4+ years in data analysis or business analysis supporting enterprise‑scale initiatives Advanced Power BI skills across visualization, dashboarding, and data ingestion from Excel/CSV Power BI certification (mandatory or near‑mandatory) Strong communication and storytelling using PowerPoint and executive‑level reporting Nice to Have Salesforce user‑level familiarity Experience within a Centre of Excellence (COE) Background in banking or financial services Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Salesforce license lifecycle within the ECRM Centre of Excellence Analyze license usage data from Excel/CSV and Salesforce production environments Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track license usage and optimization trends Support BAU processes and maintain documentation during transition and onboarding Collaborate with senior stakeholders across lines of business to communicate insights and recommendations Ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to license management and reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
