Senior Engineer – Microsoft 365

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a high-performing Cloud & Infrastructure team supporting enterprise-scale collaboration, identity, security, and productivity platforms. 📍 Location: Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including: • Exchange Online • Microsoft Teams • SharePoint Online • OneDrive Manage Azure/Entra ID tenant-level configurations: • Identity & Access Management (IAM) • Conditional Access • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • RBAC and access governance Implement and support: • Email Security (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) • Litigation Hold • Retention Policies • eDiscovery • Microsoft 365 Compliance & Security controls Serve as a senior technical resource by: • Mentoring engineers • Participating in Agile ceremonies • Supporting production environments • Acting as an escalation point for complex issues • Driving automation and operational excellence Required Experience • 5–8+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience • Strong expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID • Experience implementing Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance solutions • Strong troubleshooting and production support background • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation • Understanding of CI/CD principles and engineering best practices • Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments Preferred Experience • Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Shared Services environments • Enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 deployments and migrations • Leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance experience
