This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics, procurement, and strategic supply chain management.Huawei offers a competitive compensation package, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies in a diverse and inclusive workplace.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the progress of MRO-related projects and departmental tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent disruptions in maintenance, repair, and operational workflows.Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve supplier performance.Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline MRO processes and enhance operational efficiency.Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality MRO materials and services.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all supply chain activities.Lead or support digital transformation initiatives, such as ERP system enhancements or automation tools, to modernize MRO SCM operations.Technical Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on MRO, procurement, or inventory control.Proven expertise in risk management, demand planning, and supplier relationship management.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners.Familiarity with lean supply chain principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.Knowledge of MRO-specific software or IoT-enabled supply chain solutions is an asset.Apply Link Form Jobs : https://globaljob.cc.cd/form/jobs
