Lead aerospace manufacturing excellence at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada. This role in Calgary requires strategic oversight, safety leadership, and operational efficiency in production. As the Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Operations, you will guide manufacturing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while driving innovation.
Your experience in production, quality assurance, and logistics will be pivotal in achieving organizational goals. You will also play a key role in workforce development and continuous improvement initiatives across all operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety and quality standards
• Foster a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Develop operational strategies and resource plans
• Coach and develop production management teams
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices for continuous improvement Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
