Conduct variance analysis of actual financial results against budgets and forecasts. Support the budgeting and forecasting process. Develop and maintain financial models for analysis and decision support. Perform data analysis to identify financial trends and key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases. Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests from management. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Contribute to process improvements within the finance function. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and financial analysis techniques. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling). Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
