• Understand project requirements and regulatory standards
• Coordinate design schedules with project timelines
• Collaborate with external consultants and contractors
• Produce comprehensive BOMs for system components
• Provide design reviews for value engineering Requirements:
• At least five years in mechanical design projects
• Three years on collaborative or Design-Build projects
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering necessary
• Current knowledge of building and municipal codes
