Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, and fire protection systems
• Prepare drawings, specs, and HVAC load calculations
• Review engineering designs for regulatory compliance

• Support overall project delivery and proposals
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical building services
• EIT or P.Eng designation needed
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Carrier HAP
• Strong knowledge of building code compliance
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
