West Coast Outreach is a purpose-driven marketing and outreach organization focused on building meaningful connections between people and impactful causes, representing over 23 amazing local and international charities and hospitals in Canada. Through face-to-face engagement, we support campaigns that raise awareness, drive customer acquisition, and generate long-term support for reputable non-profit organizations and hospitals across Canada.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver.
The role combines in-office training and preparation with field-based outreach activities. Representatives begin their day with team meetings, skill-building sessions, and campaign preparation, followed by engaging directly with the public through face-to-face sales and marketing initiatives in the community.
Compensation
• Guaranteed weekly base pay + performance-based incentives
• Average weekly earnings: **$700–$1,000** (including base pay, per diem, and bonuses)
• Ongoing training and development provided
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Full-time: 12 PM – 8 PM
• Must be able to commute to the Vancouver office daily
• No vehicle required
Key Responsibilities
• Represent client campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement
• Promote services and initiatives in a clear, confident, and professional manner
• Work a split schedule:
• In-office: training, meetings, and preparation
• In-field: community outreach, residential campaigns, events, booths, and public spaces
• Deliver presentations and communicate value effectively
• Build rapport with customers and respond to questions or objections
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development sessions
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and people-oriented personality
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Ability to adapt and handle objections professionally
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising is an asset, but not required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
