Marketing Assistant (Digital & Growth Marketing) – 1 Year ContractLocation: Markham, ON or Calgary, AB

Adams Limitless is partnering with a global fall protection and industrial safety company to hire a digitally savvy and growth-minded Marketing Assistant for a unique 1-year contract opportunity supporting National Canadian marketing initiatives.
This organization provides safety and access solutions across industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and construction environments throughout North America and globally. Their products and systems help protect workers operating at height across warehouses, manufacturing facilities, rooftops, industrial plants, and commercial construction sites.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure across digital marketing, content creation, social media, lead generation, SEO, AI-driven search optimization, branding, and event marketing — all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced sales and marketing leaders while gaining real-world experience executing campaigns, supporting product launches, collaborating with external agencies, and contributing directly to business growth initiatives across North America.

What You’ll Be DoingDigital Marketing & Lead Generation• Support digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and Google Ads
• Assist with lead generation initiatives including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
• Collaborate with external agency partners to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Help analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Content Creation & Social Media• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
• Assist with blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and marketing communications
• Monitor engagement metrics and recommend content improvements and new ideas
Website, SEO & AI Search Optimization• Maintain and update website pages, landing pages, and product content
• Support SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Assist with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI-driven search experiences
• Monitor website performance and user experience improvements
Campaigns, Events & Brand Support• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, trade shows, and customer engagement initiatives
• Assist with marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, banners, and branded materials
• Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and internal teams to support company growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of marketing or digital marketing experience
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and growth marketing
• Familiarity with:
• Social media management and analytics
• Email marketing platforms
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Basic SEO principles
• Canva and content creation tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have• Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with AEO/GEO and AI-driven marketing strategies
• Experience supporting B2B or industrial brands
