About this role
Join the Enterprise System Management team as a Data Analyst focused on transitioning legacy systems to ServiceNow. This role combines technical delivery with stakeholder engagement to streamline IT asset management.
As a key member of the ESM department, you'll collect and analyze requirements, build data pipelines, and support migration efforts to the new ServiceNow platform. Your ability to ensure data quality and collaborate with cross-functional teams will drive efficiency and operational excellence within IT asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze business and technical requirements
• Build data pipelines for loading, transformation, and quality assurance
• Support data migration to the ServiceNow platform
• Measure and ensure data quality across systems
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
Requirements:
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
• Proficient in Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with Unix environments
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work independently in complex IT settings
