Fiera Capital Marketing and Events Coordinator

Support Canadian marketing initiatives with Fiera Capital as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. In this role, you will facilitate key events while coordinating partnerships to drive growth. Fiera Capital is looking for a proactive team member in their Marketing and Communications division. You'll coordinate sponsorships, manage event logistics, and oversee the flow of marketing communications to clients and prospects, all while using Salesforce Account Engagement. Strong organizational skills and a multi-tasking capability will be key to thriving in this fast-paced position. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee purchase and tracking of marketing sponsorships and events • Manage external partnerships to enhance business development • Support organization of lunch and learn and cocktail events • Keep marketing calendars updated with deadlines and activities • Utilize Salesforce to manage client communications effectively Requirements: • Degree in marketing, communications, or similar field • 3-5 years experience in event coordination • Strong initiative and problem-solving aptitude • Excellent time management and communication skills • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written Contribute your skills to Fiera Capital and help bolster its marketing efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
