Job Summary
Our client, a major provincial health agency in Ontario, is seeking three Junior Business Analysts to support digital health onboarding activities. You will be responsible for validating documentation, categorizing and mapping clinician end users, and supporting the migration of health service providers to provincial digital health platforms.
This is a great opportunity for analysts with a foundation in health-sector work who want hands-on experience in Ontario's digital health ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting end-to-end onboarding and intake activities for digital health services. Reviewing and validating submitted information and documentation against defined rules and categories. Categorizing and mapping clinician end users to approved Health Information Custodian types. Validating key organizational and legal information for pre-approval prior to migration. Maintaining accurate tracking of requests, issues, and status updates. Supporting stakeholder communications and follow-up activities. Identifying process gaps or risks and escalating as required. Contributing to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Must Have
Experience supporting business analysis, onboarding, intake, validation, or process coordination activities. Understanding of PHIPA principles, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of personal health information. Knowledge of health information custodians, agents, and Ontario health care sector requirements. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret and validate information against defined rules and categories. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests in a high-volume environment.
What Would Set You Apart
Experience with digital health onboarding or access processes. Familiarity with provincial digital health services in Ontario. Public sector experience. Strong documentation and coordination skills. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in structured operational environments with evolving requirements.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days per week onsite in downtown Toronto, with the balance worked remotely. A private home office space with a hard-wired internet connection is required for remote work days.
