Client Success & Marketing Operations Lead

HR Made EZ is working with a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to manage client relationships, marketing projects, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning projects from start to finish, and can balance strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Lead client meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their growth.
• Maintain accurate client records and project documentation.
Marketing & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Write and edit content for social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Build and manage marketing funnels and workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Project & Operations Management
• Manage multiple client projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, creative resources, and external partners.
• Develop and improve processes, SOPs, and workflows.
• Support team onboarding, task management, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, marketing coordination, project management, or a related agency role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Marketing, content creation, and campaign management experience preferred.
• Comfortable leading meetings and working directly with clients.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
