Your analytical expertise will guide discussions about workforce trends and metrics, and drive product innovation initiatives. This position leverages your 6+ years in BI or Data Analytics to push the boundaries of our technology's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic advisory to P&C leaders
• Lead technical projects from ideation to execution

Requirements:
• At least 6 years in a BI role
• Advanced SQL and data visualization experience
• Ability to navigate complex scenarios independently
• In-depth knowledge of HR tech and metrics
