Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide leadership and support throughout the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on improving HR processes, facilitating Workday operations, and fostering a positive company culture.ResponsibilitiesProvides support to employees throughout the employee lifecycleParticipates in the development of departmental goals and objectives, recommends new approaches, policies and procedures for continued process improvementOffer thought leadership and subject matter expertise with HR functions, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to establish practices and proceduresInterpret external business trends and best practices and apply them in their day-to-day operationsEffectively guide day-to-day decisions about people and lead with behaviors which are consistent with the Company valuesWorkday facilitation with payroll, benefits and leave departmentsTimely and consistently respond to day-to-day requirements for reporting, analysis, compliance, and performance managementSupport employee development at all levelsCoach individuals and teams to higher performanceIdentify and implement improvements in HR effectiveness and processesProvide feedback and solutions to support change managementPromote effective two-way communicationsPersonally contribute to achievement of business goalsAll other job duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field2 - 5 years of experience in HR roles with increasing responsibilities some of which must have included line HR generalist responsibilitiesCommunication: HR generalists need strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholdersHuman resource management: HR generalists should have knowledge of human resource management including recruiting, hiring, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance managementLegal compliance: HR generalists must have a good understanding of all relevant employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels and ensure that the organization is compliant with themStrategic thinking: HR generalists should be able to think strategically about the organization's business goals and how HR policies and practices can support those goalsOrganizational skills: HR generalists should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure that deadlines and priorities are metTechnology skills: HR generalists must be comfortable with technology and have the skills to use various HR management software programs and tools to track, organize and analyze HR dataPHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferredKnowledge in Workday a plusExperience working in a centralized HR model preferredCompany OverviewPowered by our industry-leading technology platform, Interior Logic Group is the largest national provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry.
