The Senior Lead Game PM will report to the Head of Product Management. Responsibilities: • Oversee and define product requirements, research plans, product outcomes and success metrics for all social and user generated experiences (UGX) to meet studio business goals and player needs. • Form partnerships with creative, production and tech teams to inform product direction and priorities of owned initiatives for upcoming releases. • Work with analytics and user research teams to report on feature performance (Acquisition / Engagement / Monetization) to the studio and leadership teams and provide product recommendations. • Oversee development relationships with relevant EA central and partner teams to meet studio product requirements. • Drive live service innovation in social and UGX through industry knowledge and best practices. • Support forecasting efforts in collaboration with other PMs and central teams. • You won't manage a team on day one, but you'll shape the business, influence every department that touches Social & UGX. Qualifications: • 8+ years of game product management experience on F2P Live Service titles • Strong knowledge and experience with user generated experiences, social systems, and how they integrate with the core loop and metagame into a cohesive product • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with cross-functional teams, guiding multi-disciplines to achieve a core goal. • Expertise in current and new trends, knowledgeable of why the latest games are succeeding or failing • Experience using data and insights to inform product development • Experience communicating product updates, product performance, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners • And above all, a passion for your work! Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
