We are looking for you to join us as a Manager - Area Sales, hunter focused business development leader. You will lead a team of dynamic outbound cold calling Account Specialists. This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of sales targets that are achieved through a high level of engagement and consistently hitting performance benchmarks. In this role, you will support the delivery of results and will be supported by a variety of highly engaged teams within the SMB team to help you and your team to achieve your goals.

What you bring
• Take the reins of an existing sales team, establishing credibility and driving immediate performance improvements
• Grow the team by identifying talent needs and actively recruiting sales professionals who embody our hunter mentality
• A business ownership mindset, honing your entrepreneurial skills leading your team to successnners attitude with a proven track record of past performance, successes and achievements
• Responsibility to support, coach and develop a high performing sales team capable of exceeding sales goals and financial targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate prospecting strategies beyond traditional approaches, leveraging community relationships, referral networks, and strategic partnerships.
• Outstanding communication skills to clearly articulate the vision, goals and act as an enabler for feedback
• Showcase your teams’ performance through tracking of key performance metrics, and using this information for recognition, forecasting and business planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to fully support the needs of your team, supporting a collaborative team culture
