• Healthtech SaaS — a B2B / B2G platform serving healthcare providers
• PropTech SaaS — scaling from consumer into B2B markets
• Media & content production — including esports, working with major brand clients
• AI / data licensing — supplying training data to AI labs
• Consumer brands and services — direct-to-consumer products and services
This is a rare chance to run a mini-CMO function across an entire portfolio of businesses — not just market a single product.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a versatile, AI-native Marketing Manager who can own and orchestrate marketing across multiple businesses at once. You'll switch contexts fluidly — from a government-facing healthtech SaaS one hour to a consumer photography brand the next — building scalable marketing systems that work across the group.
You'll be the marketing engine for the portfolio: setting strategy, executing campaigns, and using the latest AI and digital tools to do the work of a much larger team.
What You'll Own
Portfolio strategy
• Develop and execute marketing strategy across all portfolio brands, tailored to each one's audience (B2B, B2G, B2C)
• Prioritize where marketing investment drives the most growth across the group
• Build repeatable playbooks and shared-services assets that scale across brands
AI-powered marketing
• Leverage AI tools to multiply output across content, creative, copy, and campaign production
• Own SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) — ranking on Google and getting our brands cited by AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.)
• Build marketing automation, lead-gen, and analytics workflows that run lean
Digital execution
• Run paid and organic across the relevant channels (search, social, email, content)
• Own email marketing and CRM/lifecycle programs, including re-engaging dormant lists
• Manage websites, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Track, report, and act on performance data — tied to real business outcomes
Brand & content
• Maintain distinct, credible brand voices across very different markets
• Oversee content production and creative (often in partnership with internal studios and offshore teams)
Who You Are
• 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven results across multiple brands, channels, or industries
• Genuinely AI-fluent — you already use AI tools daily and have a point of view on where marketing is heading
• Deep SEO expertise, plus a working grasp of the shift toward AI-driven search and answer engines
• Full-stack digital — comfortable across SEO, paid, email/CRM, social, content, web, and analytics
• A builder and operator who's happy to set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute
• Strong at context-switching and prioritization — you thrive managing several businesses, not just one
• Data-driven, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Bonus Points
• Experience marketing SaaS, healthtech, proptech, or media products
• Familiarity with B2B and B2G (government/health authority) marketing cycles
• Marketing automation / CRM tooling (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and email deliverability know-how
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or offshore production teams

Pay: $65,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
