On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Data Analyst - Human Resources for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Data Analyst - Human Resources - Job Description:
The Intermediate Data Analyst will contribute to the HR Technology Team by designing and maintaining Azure Databricks-based ETL solutions. The role involves supporting complex HR technology projects and contributing to the modernization of data workflows.
Data Analyst - Human Resources - Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Azure Databricks-based ETL solutions
• Support complex HR technology projects
• Integrate data across multiple back-end systems and SaaS platforms
• Contribute to the modernization of existing data workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable HR data solutions
Data Analyst - Human Resources - Mandatory Skills:
• 3-5 Years Data Analytics / Developer experience
• 3 years working with Azure Databricks
• Experience with Azure-based data platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data Analyst - Human Resources – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with ServiceNow/Jira
• Knowledge of Informatica
• Experience with AutoSys
• Familiarity with Feedhub integration
Data Analyst - Human Resources – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position follows a hybrid model with 1 day in office every 4th Friday.
