Drive sales success as the Director of Inside Sales with a leading B2B services company located in Toronto. This full-time, in-office role offers hands-on leadership in a bustling sales environment. You’ll report to the CEO, overseeing 80+ outbound sales reps and 6 managers across Toronto and Vancouver.
Your leadership will encompass optimizing sales processes, enhancing conversion rates, and delivering real-time team coaching. Implementing accountability structures will be essential for team development and performance. Key Responsibilities:
