4Seasons HR Support This is a summer support position for the HR department, providing support with onboarding, office organization, supply inventory management, and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on office experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm July and August Requirements To be eligible for the HR Support role, candidates must: • Be a current Driver or Attendant with 4Seasons Transportation • Have a minimum of 1-year of service with 4Seasons Transportation • Be in good standing with respect to attendance, job performance, safety record, and peer relationships. Responsibilities • Prepare onboarding and contract paperwork • Assist with onboarding and testing protocols at interviews and route specific • Organize and stock onboarding paperwork, packages, and supplies • Assist with interview and onboarding room preparation and clean up • Support general office organization and administrative tasks • Assist with printing, scanning, copying, and arranging documents for filing • Maintain organized workspaces and supply areas • Weekly cleaning of the 'Ability' Bus • Follow company procedures and instructions accurately • Interview documentation and verification • Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Team Skills and Qualifications • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Professional and confidential approach to employee information • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn • Comfortable learning office equipment and administrative procedures • Previous Office or administrative experience is considered an asset Our Mission Our mission is safe and compassionate school bus rides for students with disabilities.
