Egis Canada is hiring an Electrical Engineering Lead to oversee complex illumination projects focused on roadway systems. This pivotal role encompasses design leadership and project execution management.In the position of Lead Electrical Engineer, your expertise in electrical engineering will facilitate the design and implementation of infrastructure lighting systems. With at least 10 years of experience and a P.Eng. designation, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to both industry standards and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design efforts for roadway lighting systems
• Develop comprehensive design documentation and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through project phases
• Participate in client interactions and project meetingsRequirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• P.Eng. designation required
• 10 years of experience in electrical engineering
• 5+ years of experience in roadway lighting designs
