Bilingual UX Researcher (English/French) Remote (Canada EST) | 8-Month Contract (to start) | Full-Time We're partnering with a well-established, mission-driven Canadian organization whose digital products and services support professionals, organizations, and the public across the country. As they continue to invest in delivering exceptional digital experiences, they're looking for a Bilingual UX Researcher to help ensure every product decision is informed by real user insights. This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher who loves uncovering user needs, influencing product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences—all while working remotely. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end UX research in both English and French . • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other research activities. • Analyze research findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations. • Present insights to stakeholders and influence product, design, and business decisions. • Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle. • Benchmark and evaluate user experiences to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Create research reports and communicate complex findings in a clear, engaging way. What You'll Bring • Experience conducting UX research for digital products and services. • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required. • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods. • Experience planning, moderating, and analyzing usability studies and user interviews. • Ability to synthesize research into practical, data-driven recommendations. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • A collaborative approach and experience working with multidisciplinary product teams. Nice to Have • Experience in healthcare, government, public sector, or other complex, regulated environments. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
