The Squad Leader (SL) will lead a recruitment team focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding interns from Birmingham and Manchester, UK. This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on leadership experience in recruitment operations and team management.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โข Lead and supervise a team of intern recruiters.
โข Assign and monitor daily and weekly recruitment targets.
โข Focus sourcing efforts on candidates based in Birmingham and Manchester.
โข Review applications and support candidate screening and shortlisting.
โข Ensure timely communication with candidates (emails, interviews, follow-ups).
โข Maintain recruitment trackers and generate performance reports.
โข Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews.
โข Support onboarding and coordination of selected interns.
โข Continuously improve recruitment strategies for better results.
