This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on leadership experience in recruitment operations and team management. š—žš—²š˜† š—„š—²š˜€š—½š—¼š—»š˜€š—¶š—Æš—¶š—¹š—¶š˜š—¶š—²š˜€: • Lead and supervise a team of intern recruiters. • Assign and monitor daily and weekly recruitment targets. • Focus sourcing efforts on candidates based in Birmingham and Manchester. • Review applications and support candidate screening and shortlisting. • Ensure timely communication with candidates (emails, interviews, follow-ups). • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate performance reports. • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and feedback reviews. • Support onboarding and coordination of selected interns. • Continuously improve recruitment strategies for better results. š—„š—²š—¾š˜‚š—¶š—æš—²š—± š—¦š—øš—¶š—¹š—¹š˜€ & š—¤š˜‚š—®š—¹š—¶š—³š—¶š—°š—®š˜š—¶š—¼š—»š˜€: • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage and motivate a remote team. • Good organizational and time management abilities. • Target-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools. š—£š—æš—²š—³š—²š—æš—æš—²š—± š—¤š˜‚š—®š—¹š—¶š—³š—¶š—°š—®š˜š—¶š—¼š—»š˜€: • Previous experience in recruitment or HR. • Experience leading teams or managing projects. • Knowledge of the UK student/job market. š—žš—²š˜† š—£š—²š—æš—³š—¼š—æš—ŗš—®š—»š—°š—² š—œš—»š—±š—¶š—°š—®š˜š—¼š—æš˜€ (š—žš—£š—œš˜€): • Number of interns recruited within 3 months. • Team target achievement rate. • Candidate conversion rate. • Time-to-hire. • Team engagement and retention. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—¬š—¼š˜‚ š—Ŗš—¶š—¹š—¹ š—šš—®š—¶š—»: • Hands-on leadership experience in recruitment. • Exposure to international hiring processes. • Certificate of completion / Letter of recommendation. • Skill development in communication, management, and HR operations.
