HR Data Analyst

HIRING - CONTRACT - HYBRID TORONTO Data Analyst Company: Top 5 Banking Client Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: August 2026 - July 2027, with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent Work Arrangement: 3 days/week onsite About the Role: Our top 5 banking client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support their HR systems and data infrastructure initiatives. You'll work with HR systems, build ETL pipelines, and ensure data quality and governance across critical business systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact data solutions in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain data analytics solutions for HR and business systems • Design and implement ETL pipelines, including building test scenarios and managing issue logs • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) • Conduct data analysis and quality assurance • Work with HR systems and information systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus) • Ensure data governance and quality standards are maintained • Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver data solutions • Create documentation and support system implementations Required Skills: • 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst • Strong SQL and data integration experience • Proven experience building ETL pipelines, including test scenarios and issue log management • Experience supporting UAT and QAT processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred Skills: • Deep understanding of banking policies and procedures • Previous experience with IT and data infrastructure projects • Data governance and Power BI experience • Bilingual Spanish/English (highly preferred) Compensation: $34/hr Inc. + HST How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their resume and cover letter directly to the hiring team.
