Join the University of Toronto Scarborough as the Assistant Director of Operations & Finance, focusing on strategic operational leadership and financial management for the Arts & Science Co-op Programs. This role will directly impact student support through effective resource management and compliance adherence.
You will report to the Director and embark on overseeing financial administration, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. Your leadership will ensure program alignment with strategic goals, while developing staff in a collaborative environment that prioritizes diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide daily operations, resource allocation, and risk management
• Oversee budgeting and revenue management responsibilities
• Manage data analysis and business intelligence reporting
• Supervise student recruitment cycles and records administration
• Provide mentorship on financial and operational strategies
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or significant relevant experience
• 6–7 years in operational and financial management
• Familiarity with post-secondary co-op education
• Experience with unionized team dynamics
• Mastery of Microsoft Office and financial software
