Director of Product Management

Associate Director Product Management As an Associate Director Product Management (Organizational Change Manager - Product Management, Data), you will lead enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of data-driven strategies, technologies, and processes. You will work at the intersection of data, business, and technology, driving organizational change management (OCM) to enhance data literacy, governance, and operational efficiency. Your Impact • Develop and implement data-driven change management strategies to support enterprise-wide digital transformation. • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure alignment on data initiatives and their impact. • Define and execute training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance data literacy across teams. • Establish governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. • Partner with business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making. • Identify and mitigate resistance to change, ensuring successful adoption of new data platforms and analytics tools. • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data transformation initiatives. • Collaborate with HR, learning and development teams to embed data competencies into organizational skill-building programs. • Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and ethical data practices are integrated into change management strategies. • Stay ahead of emerging data trends, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in data adoption. Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in product management, organizational change management, or data transformation. • Strong understanding of data governance, data strategy, and enterprise data management. • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within data-driven organizations. • Expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and training program development. • Familiarity with data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience in developing and implementing data literacy programs and frameworks. • Strong knowledge of compliance, security, and regulatory requirements related to data. • Ability to drive cultural change and foster a data-driven mindset across teams. • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills. Set Yourself Apart With • Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP), Data Governance, or Agile methodologies. • Experience in large-scale data transformation programs within financial services, retail, or healthcare industries. • Knowledge of behavioral science and human-centered design principles for change management. • Strong expertise in data storytelling and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
