SAP Business Analyst in Ottawa

Become an integral part of an aerospace support team as a SAP Business Analyst in Ottawa. This hybrid role focuses on sustainment activities, functional integration, and cross-functional collaboration across SAP modules. Our client is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0. You will engage in crucial sustainability tasks such as reporting, testing, documentation, and managing customer support. This position requires working closely with technical and business teams to ensure module integration, including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Production. Key Responsibilities: • Interpret and document functional requirements from users • Create and execute testing plans and training materials • Monitor and resolve incidents via Service Central • Collaborate with the BASIS team on roles and authorizations • Develop and enhance custom SAP reports Requirements: • 3-5 years in SAP ECC 6.0 with sustainment experience • Proficiency in SAP module configuration and testing • College diploma or university degree • Strong analytical skills for incident analysis • Effective communication and customer service orientation Leverage your SAP expertise to enhance operations within a critical aerospace environment.
