Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Content Designer (5-7 years) to deliver cross-channel content experiences using user-centered design and content design methodologies
Join established teams supporting commercial banking and public site initiatives within a large banking environment. This role focuses on creating and refining content across tools, apps, prototypes, and websites while collaborating with product, design, and engineering stakeholders. The position offers exposure to multiple digital projects with strong leadership and learning opportunities.

Must Haves
• 5+ years of writing, editing, and proofreading with mastery of English
• Audience-focused content creation simplifying complex concepts across digital experiences
• Strategic content planning and stakeholder management aligned to business and brand objectives
• User-centered design and content design within digital environments
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have
• Public site experience
• Familiarity with Figma
Responsibilities
• Deliver content designs for tools, apps, prototypes, and websites
• Conceptualize and execute cross-channel content experiences
• Apply user-centered design methodologies to accessible customer-focused content
• Participate in product ideation, user research, scoping, planning, design, and post-launch evaluation
• Collaborate with Experience Design Leads, Product Owners, and engineers on customer solutions
• Conduct internal and external content projects and support presentation development
• Align with Content Design Leads, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Control Partners
