THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, and logistics operations. Reporting to the National Director of Supply Chain, this individual contributor role will assist with data analysis, reporting, inventory monitoring, purchase order management, and supply chain coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career supply chain professional looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Prepare and maintain supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and logistics reports using Excel and Business Central · Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages, excess inventory, and replenishment opportunities · Support purchase order creation, tracking, and reconciliation activities · Assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting by analyzing historical sales and inventory trends · Track inbound shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and logistics partners · Support landed cost calculations and maintain procurement-related records and documentation · Maintain accurate product, supplier, and inventory data within Business Central · Assist with reporting and analysis related to inventory performance, service levels, and supply chain KPIs · Support Sales, Finance, and Operations teams with ad hoc reporting and data requests · Assist with liquor board reporting and import documentation processes QUALIFICATIONS · 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, or business analysis · Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field · Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis · Experience with Power BI, intermediate knowledge of DAX · Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics NAV, SAP, or similar systems · SQL knowledge and experience is considered an asset · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Interest in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods is considered an asset WHY JOIN SELECT WINES? · Be part of a collaborative and growing team · Gain exposure to national supply chain and procurement operations · Competitive compensation and benefits · Wine education support TO APPLY Please send your resume and cover letter to: pashmchi@selectwines.ca Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental care • Disability insurance • Extended health care • Life insurance • On-site parking • Paid time off • Vision care Application question(s): • Do you have 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business analysis within CPG, beverage alcohol, or a related industry? • Do you have hands-on experience using Excel (including Power Query/Power Pivot) and Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data analysis? • Have you worked with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics NAV for reporting, data extraction, or supply chain operations? • Do you have experience with inventory planning, forecasting, landed cost analysis, or international logistics/compliance processes?
