About this role
Job Description:
• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Canada, aligned with global brand positioning and business objectives.
• Lead full-cycle campaign management: planning, localized content strategy, asset development, media buying, performance tracking, and optimization.
• Drive localization of marketing assets — copy, visuals, and video — ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and manage relationships with local sales teams, IBs, partners, and KOLs to develop in-market strategies that accelerate brand awareness and business growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local agencies and vendors across content production, media, and events.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, client behavior, and regulatory developments in Canada.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including leads, conversion rates, FTD/FTT, engagement, and brand sentiment.
• Deliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports to Regional and Global Marketing leadership.
• Contribute to broader regional initiatives and cross-market projects as the business evolves.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management — agency or in-house experience, both welcome.
• Proven track record of executing and optimizing marketing campaigns with measurable impact on brand and revenue.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated industry is highly valued. CFD experience is required.
• Solid understanding of the Canadian market — consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter) and a strong grasp of platform-specific best practices.
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and local partners.
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with campaign KPIs, performance data, and market insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to the Canadian market are a plus.
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally in a global, cross-cultural organization.
• Experience in the CFD, Forex, Crypto, or Fintech industry is mandatory for this position.
