About this role

Drive financial planning excellence at the Finance Advisory team in Toronto. Leverage your expertise in FP&A and cost management to influence senior management decisions and enhance resource allocation. In this full-time Finance Manager role, you will lead the NIE/FTE processes, preparing five-year outlooks, annual planning, and continuous forecasting. Your insights will support executive-level decision-making and improve cost transparency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert analysis to VPs for decision-making • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual plans • Develop frameworks for management reporting • Advise on cost allocation methodologies • Conduct analysis for senior executives Requirements: • 2+ years in FP&A and cost management • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with EPM systems like Cognos TM1 • Strong problem-solving abilities Make an impact by enhancing financial insight and supporting strategic decisions at the Office of the CFO in Toronto.
