As the Director, you will lead the financial planning and performance analysis activities, acting as a critical partner to both senior leadership and operations. Your role will encompass annual budgeting, financial modeling, and thorough analysis of financial reports to identify key trends and risks. Your ability to present actionable recommendations will drive impactful decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead budgeting and long-term planning processes • Create financial models for strategic insights • Analyze monthly financial variances and trends • Support operational teams in financial decisions • Present results to the Executive Committee Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Finance or Business Administration • 8-10 years in finance with FP&A focus • Leadership experience in finance preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficient in finance systems and Excel Lead financial strategies and optimize performance as the Director of FP&A in our organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
