We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to optimize user experiences within Digital, Data, AI, Client, and Banking domains. You should have at least 10 years of experience, particularly within financial services, and a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing complex applications. You will lead the design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring products meet user needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead UX design process for digital financial systems
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement innovative solutions
• Create user personas, journeys, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing for iterative improvements
• Champion user-centered design principles across the organization
Requirements:
