Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. Support the creation of process maps and use case diagrams. Help analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement. Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams. Assist in developing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). Learn and apply project management methodologies. Contribute to the preparation of project status reports. Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends. Support the implementation of new systems and solutions. Maintain project documentation and knowledge bases. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in business analysis and consulting. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage tasks independently.
