[Remote] Events Marketing Manager

The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with the company's strategic goals, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders throughout the process. Responsibilities Develop Event Calendar and Budgets Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets Organize Kick-off Meetings Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each event Oversee Budgeting Processes Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency Maintain Communication Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input Manage Event Logistics Handle contracts, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping Develop and Execute Promotions Create and manage promotional timelines, event listings, and client events, including invitations and logistics Post-Event Analysis Conduct post-conference surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate event impact Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in managing large-scale, complex events Knowledge of budgeting and financial management Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI Benefits Generous, flexible vacation policy 401(k) employer match Comprehensive health benefits Educational assistance Variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities Company Overview Gainwell Technologies is a provider of Information Technology & Services.
