About this role

Launch your nursing career in Alberta with the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program. This opportunity offers support and mentorship as you transition into a Registered Nurse role. The GNTPP is designed for recent nursing graduates ready to develop their skills. This program spans 12 months with two phases, starting with Enhanced Orientation paired with a Clinical Guide, followed by Independent Practice supported by a mentor. You will gain comprehensive nursing experience focusing on patient safety and care through critical thinking and teamwork.
