Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, or relevant field
• 7-10 years in Human Resources or Organizational Development
• Bilingual proficiency is essential
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
• Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
