Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior HR Program & Transformation Manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale human resources initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation programs. In this role, you will convert strategic business objectives into actionable HR programs while overseeing implementation from planning through delivery.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and executive leadership, ensuring alignment across key workforce initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensuring seamless execution while minimizing operational risk.
• Support the modernization of HR programs by introducing agile, scalable approaches that align with changing business priorities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex HR projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to develop communication plans, change management strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide meaningful insights and support informed decision-making.
• Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and governance activities to ensure initiatives remain within approved funding and deliver expected business value.
• Perform additional program management and strategic HR responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Program Management, Project Management, HR Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and managing change in complex organizational environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases, managing project budgets, measuring ROI, and collaborating with Finance teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create executive presentations, strategic reports, and leadership communications.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working within agile or continuous improvement environments is considered an asset.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, PROSCI Change Management, or similar credentials are considered assets.
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
