You will assess process maturity within the AJISS framework, collaborating on business strategy improvements that align with the needs of the aerospace and defense industries. This role focuses on stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the team on process definition and maturity models
• Collaborate in workshops to uncover user pain points
• Implement LEAN techniques for effective process mapping
• Formulate value propositions for business engagements
• Generate ECPs with detailed proposals and cost benefits Requirements:
• University degree in relevant discipline such as Business Administration
• 12+ years of experience in documenting and analyzing business processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytics, with successful outcomes
• Experience in Navy or Aviation maintenance preferred
