As a Registered Nurse in this part-time role, you will effectively utilize your robust communication skills, clinical knowledge, and patient-centered assessment abilities.
You will engage in telephone triage, offering vital advice and connecting individuals with appropriate healthcare services. Your experience with diverse patients and complex health concerns will be essential in delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone triage and health advice to Alberta callers
• Utilize clinical software to evaluate patient inquiries
• Counsel patients on health concerns with sensitivity
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions Requirements:
• RN qualification with active registration in Alberta
• 3-5 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Proficient in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP)
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
