This crucial role is based in Montreal, Quebec, CA , and requires the candidate to be on-site to effectively manage warehouse logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our e-commerce platform, from order processing to final delivery. This involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing shipping and logistics, and ensuring the accuracy of product listings and pricing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management, warehouse operations, and e-commerce best practices. You will lead a team of warehouse and fulfillment staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve order fulfillment speed and accuracy, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in managing the relationship with third-party logistics providers, if applicable, and negotiating favorable terms. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse. Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to resolve operational issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse management. Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent understanding of supply chain principles and practices. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and warehouse management systems (WMS).
