About this role

Lead transformative HR programs as a Senior Manager, specializing in organizational design and employee development within the National Capital Region. Drive initiatives in Diversity and Inclusion and Workforce Planning. In the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources Programs and Services, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. Your key responsibilities include crafting long-term strategies for Talent Management and Staffing with a focus on compliance and equity. A minimum of eight years in HR fields, combined with a relevant degree, will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide expert guidance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement innovative HR programs • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership • Lead, coach, and develop HR teams • Cultivate stakeholder engagement and trust • Ensure all HR practices comply with legislation Requirements: • Relevant degree in HR, Business, or Law • Eight years of experience in HR planning, staffing, or management • Familiarity with Pay Equity and Official Languages Acts • Must be bilingual (CBC) • Eligible for Secret security clearance Transform HR practices and foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
