Senior Manager of Human Resources Strategy

Lead transformative HR programs as a Senior Manager, specializing in organizational design and employee development within the National Capital Region. Drive initiatives in Diversity and Inclusion and Workforce Planning. In the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources Programs and Services, you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. Your key responsibilities include crafting long-term strategies for Talent Management and Staffing with a focus on compliance and equity. A minimum of eight years in HR fields, combined with a relevant degree, will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide expert guidance to senior management.
