The role involves optimizing digital employee experiences and self-service workflows while managing the Workday Help Knowledge Management platform.ResponsibilitiesCreate, publish, govern, and optimize employee-facing digital HR content and self-service articlesAnalyze user behavior, search trends, and ticket metrics to continuously improve case deflection and self-service adoptionPartner closely with HR Shared Services, COEs, and Change Management teams to establish Workday as the definitive, authoritative source for global HR supportSkillsDirect, hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM AND Workday Help modules (Case Management / Knowledge Base background is a must)3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR operations, digital experience, or knowledge management within an enterprise systemAn analytical mindset with a proven track record of interpreting user feedback and search data to streamline HR processesStrong proficiency with Advanced MS Office Suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Benefits100% RemoteMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (with great manager flexibility!)W2 contractCompany OverviewRandstad US is a wholly owned subsidiary of Randstad Holding nv, a global provider of human resources solutions.
