Required:
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and backlog grooming
• Extensive experience in driving conversations across various departments
• Minimum 3 years in a recent reputed company setting
• Previous involvement in projects like Mental Health reputed company
• 2+ years as a BA reputed company the IT sector
• Basic SQL querying skills
• Strong background in data analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Desirable Skills:**
