Join the CapitalCare team as a Learning & Development Lead! Role Description The Learning and Development Lead provides leadership in creating learning environments and products that empower CapitalCare staff to continuously develop to be their best. The Learning and Development Lead help staff advance their knowledge and skills and provides support, consultation, instructional design and development, and facilitation within a person-centred care framework as defined by CapitalCare's Vision, Mission, and Values. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science is required. • Formal learning in instructional design and/or design and development of workplace training is preferred. • Registration in an appropriate professional association - if applicable.
