About this role
Lead complex projects from development through operational start-up, managing multiple project managers and multi-functional teams to ensure delivery within time, cost, and performance parameters.
Responsibilities
• Define and document project objectives, budgetary requirements, team composition, and terms of reference.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including scrums, sprint planning, and sprint backlog refinement.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), risks, and issues to ensure successful project completion.
• Create and maintain Project Plans, Project Charters, Con-Ops, and RACI documents using various project management tools.
• Report project progress to stakeholders and senior management through regular updates and PowerPoint presentations.
Required Skills
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience within the last 15 years.
• Proven experience managing multiple project managers and multi-functional teams.
• Expertise in creating Project Plans, Project Charters, and RACI matrices.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically conducting scrums and sprint planning.
• Ability to formulate problem statements and establish procedures for new or modified project elements.
• Experience developing charts, tables, and diagrams for problem analysis and stakeholder reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Teams for stakeholder conferencing and requirement articulation.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles from initial definition through to final sign-off.
Preferred Skills
• Experience monitoring financial records and project activities to ensure all documentation and budgets are accurate.
