About this role
Who We Are:
Metrie is North America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of mouldings and doors, helping people transform houses into homes through high-quality interior finishings. Founded in Vancouver in 1926 and still family-owned, Metrie has built nearly 100 years of industry leadership through product excellence, customer focus, and disciplined growth. Today, we operate at meaningful scale across Canada and the U.S., with 40 distribution centers and manufacturing facilities, and roles spanning distribution, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
Over the past few years, Metrie has continued to expand through a series of strategic acquisitions, including EL & EL Wood Products, Tinder Wholesale, Anderco, and Eden, strengthening our market presence, product portfolio, and integrated millwork capabilities. This growth reflects our long-term strategy: to be North America’s most trusted integrated millwork provider and to continue investing in the people, systems, and capabilities that support that ambition.
Why work for Metrie? You will join a high-caliber team in a growing organization where your work can have visible impact. Metrie is a diverse One Team community of nearly 2,000 people, with leaders and experts across the business who bring strong ownership, technical depth, and a learning mindset. We work hard to create a place where team members are empowered to do their best work, learn from strong colleagues, and contribute to meaningful business decisions. We take pride in our culture of learning, ownership, and One Team, and we are committed to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone.
