About this role

Role Overview As the Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Sales Cloud. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sustainability teams to drive revenue growth, improve pipeline visibility, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a blend of product thinking, Salesforce expertise, and a passion for sustainability. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce Sales Cloud aligned with business and sustainability goals • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and improve conversion rates • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions • Manage Salesforce configuration including objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flow, Process Builder where applicable) • Collaborate with developers and external partners on integrations, customizations, and releases • Own data quality, reporting, and dashboard strategy to support forecasting and ESG-related metrics • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure system scalability, performance, and alignment with best practices • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that drive efficiency and impact Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management, Salesforce Administration, or related roles • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud (certifications such as Salesforce Admin or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred) • Proven experience managing CRM product roadmaps and delivering business value • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in sales-driven organizations • Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware tools) and data architecture concepts • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboarding Nice to Have • Experience in environmental sustainability, climate tech, or ESG-related industries • Knowledge of carbon accounting platforms or sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP) • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or third-party sales tools • Agile/Scrum product management experience Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach • Passion for sustainability and mission-driven work • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value What We Offer • Opportunity to make a tangible environmental impact • Collaborative and purpose-driven culture • Competitive compensation and benefits • Flexible working arrangements • Professional development and Salesforce certification support
